Between devouring little pockets of goodness you’ll get a little lesson about the history of Chinese immigrants in the city and how they’ve created their own distinct “Melbourne-Chinese” cuisine.
You’ll be part of a small group that makes it feel personalized, and guided by an expert guide who has forgotten more about dumplings than we’ll ever know. You’ll get to taste four different styles of dumplings, all hand made on-site, hot and fresh out the kitchen. Last but not least if you’re game enough or have taste buds of steel, you’ll get the chance to try Melbourne’s hottest chilli sauce (I think I’m still sweating).
