You dim sum, you lose sum. Alright enough of the puns. Here at doer we absolutely love dumplings, the soupy goodness inside each one is the best, so when found this dumpling masterclass it was high fives all round.

In this class, you’ll learn how to make your own dough from scratch, a tasty filling with your choice of protein: beef, pork, chicken or tofu, and a selection of decorative folds.  You’ll have a professional chef that will help you finesse the art of dumpling making to create your own delicious handmade creations.

After all the hard work or wrapping these little delights up, you get to eat ALL the dumplings! Well, the ones you made anyway, or take some home to “share” with family and friends. We recommend keeping some for yourself they’re that good.

What makes this class so fun is that everyone it’s a light hearted environment, so much so that at the end while you eat your little creations you share a glass of sparkling at the same time.

This is certainly for the foodie in all of us, just watch out you don’t eat too many and turn into a dumpling.. we know a guy.
