Four Pillars, Australia’s favourite tasting gin and recently named the world’s leading gin producer for a second year running are offering up a multitude of experiences for you to dive into at their Healesville distillery.

While many head to Four Pillars to sit down for a G&T as part of a tour out in the Yarra Valley, you can now have a more bonafide tasting, masterclass or immersive maker session.

The Maker Session is led by one of Four Pillar’s distillers, and sees you take part in a distillation of their newest micro-still Coral. Plus you’ll get a comprehensive tasting of their five signature gins, and some snacks to keep you fuelled! They’ll even post you the bottle of gin you distilled, plus give you some goodies to take home on the day. Winner Winner, Gin Distiller.

If you’re slightly more stuck for time, you can opt for the Distillery Gin Masterclass or Cocktail Masterclass.

Both of these classes run for about 1 to 1.5hrs and give you a history of the brand, tastings (of course), and a goodie bag with the Gin Masterclass and some epic bartender skills with the Cocktail Masterclass.

You can even settle for a more simplified Distillery G&T tasting which still gives you a more personalised experience with the Four Pillars team than a regular table booking.

Whatever you choose, you’ll be ginning from ear to ear!
