Run by Melbourne ceramic studio Céramiques (with stores in Elsternwick and Camberwell), they set up Claytime to come to the rescue during lockdown with a simple DIY kit which provides everything you need to play n’ clay.
For just $99, you’ll be getting crafty and creating masterpieces before you know it.
The kit includes 5kg of delicious hand-building clay goodness, 8 tools to craft, etch, shape and mould your way to perfection. There’s also a stack of tutorial vids so you’ll be building mugs, jugs, pots, bowls or whatever else your artsy mind comes up with!
Once you’ve built your masterpiece, the Céramiques (Claytime’s big brother) team will also try and help you get it fired in their kiln with a pick-up and drop-off service. Otherwise you can take your pieces to any Pottery kiln.
