The most Un-brie-lievable event of the year.
Mould Cheese festival is back and celebrating the gooey, the stinky, the soft and the hard. Since kicking off in 2017 Mould has showcased over 30 of the best specialty cheesemakers in the country and allowed cheese lovers to eat over 4 tonnes of cheese (yes you read that correctly).
Don’t be put off by the name, this event is a must not miss for cheese lovers. Think the best artisan cheese producers from across the country for a day of cheese, wine, masterclasses and more!
To compliment all the delicious Australian cheeses, there will be full food programs that showcase dishes from local cheesemongers. The second best part? You get to wash it all down with wine, whisky, sake, beer or cider available to purchase.
