Ever fancied playing mad scientist with bubbles? At Foxeys Hangout on the Mornington Peninsula, you can don your winemaker hat and Concoct Your Very Own Sparkling Wine. It's like a science experiment, but with more fizz and fewer explosions.

So will you go sweeter, dryer, white or pink? It’s up to you to create the chemistry that’s perfect for your palate. And if all those creative juices get you a little peckish, you can add on a special lunch for two post blending session.
