Strum n’ Sing Ukulele Sessions

Strummers of all stripes, gather 'round! It's time to unleash those ukulele skills, mingle with music mavens, and dive into some serious strum therapy with the Melbourne Ukulele Community at the Flemington-Kensington RSL.

Whether you're a string-savvy pro or just uke-curious, this is your jam. Swap secrets, check out other people's ukes (in a totally non-creepy way), and groove to themed sessions that change like your Spotify playlist.

Each week, you'll jam to 15 songs, including 2-3 beginner-friendly tunes for the first 20 mins or so that won't make your fingers cry.

Weekly Shenanigans:

• Themed Sessions: Ever played 'Stairway to Heaven' on a ukulele? Neither have we, but their ever-changing themes keep things fresh.
• Over 1800 Songs: They've tackled more songs than you've had hot dinners. Challenge accepted?
• Free Meetups: Yes, you read that right. They won't charge you a cent, but if you feel like tossing a coin to your uke-er, donations are welcome.
• Bevs & Snacks: BYO snacks and plenty of non-alcoholic and alcoholic bevs available to purchase at the bar for some liquid courage if need be.
• Backup Ukes: Left your ukulele in the uber or a newbie without an asset yet? No stress, you can reserve one when booking.
