The Westin Melbourne is bringing back its famous High Cheese. Created in collaboration with Maker & Monger, Prahran Market’s ‘Chapel of Cheese’, High Cheese serves up three tiers of sweet and savoury treats with cheese as the star ingredient.
From June 4th, High Cheese will run daily from 11am – 8pm in the elegant surrounds of the Lobby Lounge. Executive Chef Michael Greenlaw has created the perfect menu to help you get through the colder months and it’s a pretty captain obvious statement but bookings are absolutely essential because cheese is life.
