We’re not really sure why cherry picking in sports has a bit of a bad rep. After all, it works…you get the goods. Yeah it might be a bit selfish but you’re looking after you. So you do you this summer and make sure you head to CherryHill Orchards to pick yourself a bunch and a half!
This year, you can be the ultimate cherry picker in the forward pocket and you won’t even have to fight for it. Think dedicated time slots and limited guests…
CherryHill has two awesome locations to choose from as well. Their Wandin hotspot is well known but their new Coldstream location in Yarra Valley’s wine region will be good to go from November 13th!
So how’s the old complicated cherry picking procedure work we hear you ask? Well, you’re allocated a 2 hour cherry picking time slot. Basically, you go nuts. Pick and pick hard and don’t be shy to be selfish. You can eat all of the cherries you want but of course you’re charged by the kilo for takeaway cherries when leaving.
And it gets better! There will be tasty food trucks on-site, or you are welcome to pack a picnic to enjoy on the grounds. And whilst there is no BYO alcohol, don’t stress cos’ alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased and consumed on-site.
Heads up…Cherry Picking is a ticketed event only and unfortunately no furry friends are allowed.
