Skyfall in Concert is coming to Hammer Hall!

The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is playing one of the best Bond films ever…

Here’s a fun fact for you…only two Bond films ever have been nominated for Best Original Score at the Academy Awards. You’re probably a smart cookie you’ll know that Skyfall was one of them of course!

And you can now watch the film, regarded as one of the best 007 movies ever, live at Hammer Hall. We say live because the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra will be performing ‘Skyfall in Concert’. You get to kick back with a Choc Top (actually probs ditch that) and listen to Thomas Newman’s award-winning score live to picture.

Tickets are already selling fast for the three shows at 7:30pm on September 2,3 and 4 and at just $80-$164 a pop, this is well worth snapping up pronto!

If you haven’t seen the 2012 movie directed by Sam Mendes well here’s a sneaky preview…

007 (Daniel Craig) is pitted against one of his most formidable foes, the ruthless cyberterrorist and former MI6 agent Silva (Javier Bardem). Judi Dench returns once again as the steadfast M, and Skyfall re-introduces two familiar and beloved Bond characters: the ingenious quartermaster Q (Ben Whishaw), and the charming and resourceful Eve Moneypenny (Naomie Harris).

Now there will be an interval and the Hammer Hall foyer bars will be open so remember to ask for it shaken, not stirred!

Don’t forget to dress to impress as well folks. You know Bond wouldn’t skimp on an event like this!
